This project features a custom tiny home built on their children’s lot, designed to provide a comfortable and private retirement space for the property owners parents. The goal was to create a balance between independence and proximity; allowing them to stay close to family while enjoying their own self-contained living environment. Set in a quiet county setting, the home was designed to feel like a personal retreat, complete with a peaceful backyard oasis for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The result is a functional, low-maintenance space that supports aging in place while keeping family connection at the forefront.
